Let’s Talk: We start with spending a lot of time getting to know you. We are here to listen and want to know exactly what you are looking for. In our first meeting we will review the building process and incorporate any wants and must haves into your design. We want to make sure there are no extra costs or surprises down the road. PLAN REVIEW
This is our opportunity to present to you what we can offer per your requests and vision. We will present a detailed summary of everything you can expect from foundation to paint. This will allow you to understand the value and quality of your purchase.
LISTEN AND DISCOVERY MEETING
Talk about your finishings with the design team. If you do not have time for selections, leave it to our experts to create a finishing package that aligns with your style and vision.
SELECTIONS PRESENTED
Selections will be presented and approvals given prior to framing
BREAK GROUND
By this time phase 1 and 2 are complete. Let’s Break Ground!
FOUNDATION COMPLETE
First Walkthrough
ROUGH-IN COMPLETE
All interior selections have been made. Let’s focus on the plumbing, HVAC, electrical and low voltage on your next walkthrough

On your third walkthrough, you will see your drywall and review finishing selections

Welcome to the Greystone family. Time to celebrate the completion of your new home. We will do a final walk through for a full home orientation. This includes information for maintenance, mechanical room functions and Service and Warranty Program.
